The objective: To create new positioning for Groupon’s “Family Fun” use case.
The solution: Close your eyes and think of the experiences you want your kids to have before adulthood. What comes to mind? A baseball game? Maybe an afternoon at your favorite museum. Or maybe singing lessons, karate classes, or horseback riding?
You want to give them the Best. Childhood. Ever. And with Groupon, these experiences are all within reach. Just do it while they’re still kids. . .
The how: Primarily an email marketing campaign, “Best. Childhood. Ever.” included bite-sized listicles (“5 Activities from Your Childhood That are Still Cool”), merchant spotlights on kid-friendly spots, and links to family-focused topics on our FB page. The campaign also lived on the Groupon app.
